Breaking: Google Play Gift Cards are Available at Target, Radio Shack and GameStop

It is finally official: the Google Play Gift Cards are available at certain retailers and should be in stores very soon. Just after we posted a leaked/mistake by Google (they jumped the gun), they decide to make it official. At this Google Landing Page, you’ll get the detailed information regarding the new gift cards, but really it’s nothing we didn’t already know.

• Available at Target, Radio Shack, GameStop (and WalMart.com soon)
• $10, $15, $25 and $50 donominations
• $2000 is the max on one Google Play account
• Can be used for apps, games, books, movies, TV shows
• Can be used for in-app purchases
• Cannot be used for app subscriptions, magazine subscriptions, hardware or accessory purchases
• USA only right now
• 13 year of age and older only
