Apple has won a major legal victory in Germany over the selling of the Galaxy 10.1 tablet. The Galaxy tab is now banned in the country that is considered to have one of Europe’s largest economies.
This came not to long after Apple’s small victory in Europe over Samsung’s phones. This latest ruling is more damaging for Samsung as this bans the tab in Germany and potentially other courts around the world.
Samsung has appealed the ruling. Apple has recently filed patent lawsuits against Samsung in Japan while currently having suits in Australia, Korea and the United States all over the design of the companies tablets and phones.
