Today, AT&T has flipped the 4GLTE switch some new markets, making it a grand total of 47 markets with AT&T 4GLTE coverage. While this is still far behind Verizon’s 337 total 4G market, it’s still the 2nd largest 4GLTE coverage from the big 4 carriers (Sprint is next with 15 and T-Mo has none). This is great for those that have 4GLTE capable devices like the Lumia 900, the iPad 3rd gen or the new Galaxy S III from Samsung. The new and expanded markets are:
- Buffalo, New York
- Burlington, Vermont
- Worcester, Massachusetts
- Corpus Christi, Texas
- Gainesville, Georgia
- Greensboro-Winston Salem, North Carolina
- Wichita, Kansas
- Miami, Florida
- West Palm Beach, Florida
- Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
- Boston, Massachusetts gets expanded
