So first the iPhone has NFC then it doesn’t. And now sources have found evidence that the iPhone 5 will in fact sport an A6 processor, not the A5x processor that can be found in the New iPad. If this is true, then the next iPhone will be running a quad-core processor. Initial speculations went against this. First of all, unless the battery is larger, the quad-core processor will most likely be a main cause of quick battery drainage. Apple already has an issue with the A5x chipset in the New iPad and its battery getting very hot. Hopefully, if this rumor is true,
Apple Samsung has optimized the processor to avoid those issues.
