Nokia and AT&T has announced its pink Lumia 900 today and is launching this coming weekend. The new pink version can be purchased online through ATT.com or at stores for the same price as the rest of the Lumia 900 family with a two-year contract on Sunday July 15th. The Lumia 900 launched with white, black, and cyan earlier this year.
For now, there hasn’t been any news of the new color scheme reaching outside US shores. Nokia has also mentioned that this is an AT&T exclusive for now.
Although the Lumia 900 will not receive the Windows Phone 8 upgrade, Nokia has promised that the 900s will be upgradable to Windows Phone 7.8, which will be available later this year. The Lumia 900 will receive the Windows Phone 7.8 update — which will include a new start screen and flip-to-silence — as well as access to some Nokia extras like additional camera apps and DLNA streaming support.
Customers will be able to buy the raspberry-colored handset online for $99.
