And we’re back with another Microsoft Office rumor. Actually it was previously an iPad app rumor. According to BGR, microsoft’s mobile app team is also developing a tablet app for Android. This will be the full suite of programs like Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Their source says the Android app looks very similar to the iPad app that was leaked out late last year. In addition to this rumor, Microsoft may be working on an iPhone/iPod Touch app as well. Does this matter anymore? We’ve got great apps like Keynote, Pages, QuickOffice and even OnLive Desktop to give us variants of Microsoft office. If this is true, one could assume it works with Microsoft SkyDrive as well. Regarding a release date, it might be sometime this November.
