Samsung already has a 5.5″ Galaxy Note II, a Galaxy Note 10.1″, why not an 8″ tablet? Well that’s exactly what they plan on doing. It seems that Samsung is attempting to corner and conquer every screen size market possible. According to sources for South Korean site iNews24, Samsung’s head of mobile, JK Shin, confirmed that they would be announcing an 8″ Galaxy Note at this year’s MWC. He didn’t go into details but SamMobile got hold of the official specs:

Why didn’t they just update the Galaxy Tab 7 line with this and add an S Pen? Who knows. But we’ll keep you posted if we hear anything else.
