Sprint Says Goodbye to Unlimited Data

Tony Hannides Oct 22, 2011 1

It seems as Sprint has finally joined the rest of the pack with limiting their data plans. Luckily, this does not affect smartphone customers but only customers with unlimited 4G mobile hotspots, broadband cards, tablets and netbooks. If you think you’re safe because you are grandfathered in to keeping unlimited, think again. You’re new plans as of November 1st will give you a data cap just like Verizon and AT&T. Also you should be aware that if you are off network roaming, Sprint will charge you $0.25/MB passed another 300MB allotment. Just check out the chart below.
