The Official Playstation Blog has a great two part post about the evolution of the Playstation Move Sharpshooter, a gun attachment for the PS3. The inspiration to produce the accessory came at a game convention from the unusual sight of a performer in a Helghast soldier costume wielding a Playstation Move controller. The article goes through the various incarnations in prototype form “using foam board, duct tape and pieces of gun peripherals from several different platforms,” this ‘side project’ of Guerrilla Games went through many changes and hands before getting to the final design.
