We know ICS is on its way to both the Motorola RAZR and RAZR Maxx; a rumor was circulating saying the update would start on June 12th. It did not. Now we’re getting reports in stating RAZR and RAZR Maxx Owners are receiving official notices from Verizon Wireless Tech Support stating Android 4.0 is on the way.
